vivo X100 Pro certified with 120W charging, non-Pro might have two different variants

The vivo X100 series is coming soon, and the latest listing on 3C reveals that the X100 Pro will support 120W charging. This means it will match its X90 Pro predecessor and outdo the X90 Pro+ with its 80W rates.

At the same time, Digital Chat Station posted on their Weibo profile that the X100 Pro will have a curved front panel with 1220p resolution, while the battery capacity will be 5,100 mAh.

Interestingly enough, the leakster also claimed the vanilla vivo X100 will have two variants - one with a curved panel, 5,400 mAh battery, 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, and another one with a flat OLED display, smaller battery and 120W charging.

The post was later deleted, raising suspicions that the info might be not entirely correct.

We previously heard that vivo might bring satellite connectivity to the X100 Pro, similar to what other major companies are doing with their flagships. Camera-wise, the Pro is said to feature a 100 mm periscope with a 64 MP sensor, while the Pro+ will have a variable aperture and a 200 MP telephoto lens.

All these are still rumors - the only confirmed feature is a new customized version of the Sony LYT800 sensor, adapted specifically to vivo’s requirements. The 1/1.43” sensor has 53 MP resolution and the trendy new stacked design, and the module should appear in all vivo X100 versions.
