Ulefone Armor 25T Pro rugged smartphone with thermal camera and 6,500 mAh battery teased
Ulefone will unveil a new rugged smartphone next week called the Armor 25T Pro, and we"ve received some exclusive information about it, so let"s see what it"s all about.
The Ulefone Armor 25T Pro"s biggest highlight is the thermal imaging ThermoVue camera on the rear, allowing users to detect heat signatures (-20°C to 550°C) in their surroundings.
The thermal camera will be joined by a 64MP Night Vision camera (OmniVision OV64B1B), which, together with two infrared LEDs, will help you take clear, detailed images in the dark.
The Ulefone Armor 25T Pro"s primary camera will use Samsung"s GN1 sensor, while the selfie camera on the front will use a 32MP Samsung GD1 sensor.
The Armor 25T Pro will pack a 6.78" FullHD+ 120Hz display protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, while the back cover will have a classic Kevlar texture. The Dimensity 6300 SoC will power the 5G version of the Armor 25T Pro, whereas the 4G model will have the Helio G99 chip at the helm. Both will have 6GB LPDDR4X RAM (+6GB virtual) and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage onboard with a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 2TB.
The Ulefone Armor 25T Pro will run Android 14 out of the box, and fueling the entire package would be a 6,500 mAh battery with 33W wired and 30W wireless charging.
The rest of the Ulefone Armor 25T Pro"s highlights include an IP68/IP69K rating, MIL-STD-810H certification, NFC, IR Blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will also feature a custom key on its left side.
The Ulefone Armor 25T Pro will be 12.5mm thick, weigh 326g, and come in a single Frost Black color. Its 5G model will be up for pre-orders on AliExpress starting June 1 for under $300 (€275/INR24,915) for a limited time.
