The Oppo F29 will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, the F29 Pro by Dimensity 7300 Energy

Oppo will launch the F29 series in a couple of days (this Thursday) and it has already revealed key specs for the Oppo F29 and F29 Pro on its site, which you can check out here and here. Since then, more details have become available.
The Oppo F29 will feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, while the F29 Pro will use the Dimensity 7300 Energy.

Both are 5G chips and will be paired with a “Hunter Antenna”, which promises 300% higher signal strength than typical antenna designs. The antenna is wrapped around the perimeter of the phone and covers almost 85% of it, measuring 200mm in total. The antenna is the first to support 4x4 MIMO for the B40, B3 and B39 bands, which bring higher throughput and improved signal stability.

Additionally, Oppo has designed “360° Armor Body” for the phones and paired with quad-curved Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The F29 duo has been tested to survive immersion in 18 different liquids – typical IP tests only do fresh water. Speaking of, the phones are rated IP69 (i.e. they can survive hot water jets).
