The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 gets FCC certification
Just a few days after the Galaxy Z Fold4 surfaced on the FCC database, it"s now time for the Galaxy Z Flip4.
As usual, the certification alone gives little in the way of specs or important information. It"s a very technical test of a device"s network and charging abilities. The Galaxy Z Flip4, model number SM-F721U, supports Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac/ax, 5G (both sub-6GHz and mmWave), and wireless charging.
Rumor has it the Galaxy Z Flip4 will have a 3,700mAh battery, bigger by 400mAh than its predecessor"s, and support 25W charging - up from the slow-ish 15W of the old phone. Processor-wise, the Flip4 will pack a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 8GB of RAM. Display-wise, it will have a 6.78-inch 1080p Super AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the outer side, there could be a 2.1-inch AMOLED.
The Galaxy Z Flip4 will likely launch on August 10, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4, and Galaxy Watch5.
