The K13 will have a 7,000mAh battery – that will be the highest capacity of any Oppo phone so far. The company promises 5 years of endurance, which typically means retaining at least 80% of its original capacity.

The battery will support 80W SuperVOOC, likely wired-only. That’s less than the 100W of the Oppo K12, but that one only had a 5,500mAh capacity – we’d take the extra 1,500mAh over the extra 20W any day.

The company also revealed that the Oppo K13 will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 – this 4nm chip is the first 6-series chip with ARMv9 CPU cores and the first to be fabbed on a 4nm TSMC node. The chip will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage.

According to the landing page on Flipkart, the battery will last up to 10.3 hours of gaming, 15.1 hours of streaming video shorts or 11.6 hours of outdoor navigation. In 30 minutes, the 80W charger will boost a flat battery to 62%.

Other confirmed details include a flat 6.67" 120Hz OLED display with 1080p+ resolution (20:9) with 1,200 nits global peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. It will have an under display fingerprint reader and Splash Touch (so you can use it in the rain).
