Next Realme flagship to be the start of new GT series
Realme exec Xu Qi Chase shared some interesting news on his Weibo profile earlier today regarding the brand’s upcoming Snapdragon 888 flagship. Chase previously confirmed that the phone codenamed Realme Race will mark the start of an all-new flagship series and now we get a solid hint that it will be called Realme GT.
The accompanying picture in the Weibo post shows a Nissan GT-R scale model car and last week we saw a TENAA listing for a Realme device with GT branding on its back.
We already know this will be the brand’s first SD 888 powered phone and we even saw some live photos revealing a triple camera setup around the back.

Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station also chimed in on Realme GT rumors indicating the device will sport a flat display, "super-fast" charging and a thin chassis.
According to speculations, the Realme Race/GT will pack a 64MP primary camera alongside 13MP telephoto and 13MP ultrawide snappers. We’re also expecting a 5,000 mAh battery with 125W UltraDart flash charging. The phone will likely come with a 120Hz display, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage as well Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top.
