vivo X200 Ultra shown off in different colors by company exec, processor confirmed

Yesterday, vivo announced it would unveil the much-awaited vivo X200 Ultra on April 21 in China at 7 PM local time. Today, a vivo executive posted images of the vivo X200 Ultra on Weibo, showing the camera beast in different colors.

The vivo X200 Ultra will come in three colors - silver, red, and black. While we don"t know their marketing names, you can see that all three models have different designs on their back covers.

The exec who shared the vivo X200 Ultra"s images also confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, unlike the X200 and X200 Pro, which have the Dimensity 9400 chip at the helm.

Additionally, the official called the X200 Ultra pocket camera that can make calls. It will sport three rear cameras with ZEISS optics and OIS. The primary unit will have a 35mm focal length, while the ultrawide and APO telephoto units will have 14mm and 85mm focal lengths, respectively.

The vivo X200 Ultra will also support 4K@60fps 10-bit Log video recording and 4K@120fps slow-mo recording. The smartphone will pack a "2K" display with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath, which, vivo said, will let you unlock the phone even with wet hands.

The vivo X200 Ultra will be fueled by a battery having wireless fast charging support.
