vivo V30 SE and iQOO Pad 2 Pro show up in the Google Play Console

vivo launched the V30 and V30 Pro back in February, and the two phones have been available since early March. But now it looks like the company is working on a third member of the family, namely the V30 SE.

This handset was spotted in the Google Play Console. The listing shows that the phone has the model number V2327, and it comes with a 1080x2400 resolution screen with 440 ppi pixel density. It runs Android 14, undoubtedly with vivo's Funtouch OS 14 on top.

Interestingly, the "Variants" section of the listing tells us that the V30 SE will in fact be a rebranded iteration of the vivo Y200e and the Y100 that launched in Indonesia earlier this year. These two aren't exactly identical, with minute differences between them, and it looks like the V30 SE will be like that too. Why vivo insists on rebranding almost the same device so many times is one of the pervasive mysteries of the mobile world.

Anyway, the V30 SE, like the other two, will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC. That's all we know about it so far, but given its similarity to the other models, we expect it to ship with a 6.67-inch 120 Hz AMOLED touchscreen, 6 or 8GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, a dual rear camera system with a 50 MP main sensor, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for either 44W or 80W fast wired charging.

Moving on, the Google Play Console has listed the upcoming iQOO Pad 2 Pro too, a tablet with the model number DPD2329. This will also run Android 14 (with Funtouch OS 14 on top if it ever gets an international release, otherwise for China vivo has OriginOS), and it comes with 12GB of RAM. It's powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. Its screen has 2064x3096 resolution and 400 ppi pixel density.

Surprisingly or not, this could be a rebranded vivo Pad 3 Pro. If that pans out, then expect it to sport a 13-inch LCD screen, 8/12/16GB RAM versions, 128/256/512GB of storage, a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front-facing camera, and an 11,500 mAh battery with support for 66W fast wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging.
