TCL 30 V 5G now available from Verizon for $300

Earlier this month, TCL announced a boatload of new devices at CES 2022 and one of them was the TCL 30 V 5G - a midrange 5G smartphone. Back then TCL did not announce any pricing and availability details but today Verizon started selling the device for $300 in its single 4GB RAM and 128GB storage trim with a Midnight Gray color finish.

TCL 30 V brings a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout for its 16MP selfie cam. It supports mmWave and C-Band 5G for optimal high-speed coverage thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 chipset. In terms of cameras, you get a 50MP main shooter alongside a 5MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP macro cam. There’s a 4,500mAh battery with 18W charging and the software front is covered by the older Android 11 with TCL UI on top.

We got a chance to handle the 30 V 5G at TCL’s CES booth and you can check out our quick impressions here.
