Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 users get an update, but not the one they were hoping for

Samsung said that it is rolling out One UI 7 Beta for Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 users in Korea, as well as India, the UK and the US. So, Z Fold and Z Flip users in Korea get a software update notification on their phones and... imagine their surprise when they see it’s just a security patch.
The updates are versions F956NKSS2AYBD and F741NKSS2AYBD, respectively, and weigh in around 440MB. This is still One UI 6.1 software with the March security update. This update fixes 58 vulnerabilities, which is great, but it’s not what people were hoping to see.

You should definitely install this update if you see a notification for it (if not, check Settings > Software Update). Unlike the OS update, this one should be widely available, though it might take a few days to reach everyone.
Going back to One UI 7 beta, that should start rolling out today. Again, it might take a few days before it reaches every eligible unit in the first wave of countries, so arm yourself with some patience.
