Samsung Galaxy M52 5G launched in India
The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G that was quietly unveiled last week made its debut today in India. The smartphone's built around a 6.7" 120Hz FullHD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display and has the Snapdragon 778G SoC at the helm with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion by up to 1TB.
On the software side, the Galaxy M52 5G runs Android 11-based One UI 3.1 out of the box and comes with the Knox Security Suite and Alt Z, which allows you to seamlessly switch between the phone's public and private modes.
For photography, the Galaxy M52 5G has a total of four cameras onboard - a 32MP selfie shooter inside the punch hole and a triple camera setup on the rear comprising 64MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 5MP macro units.
The Galaxy M52 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint reader, supports 11 5G bands, and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging. It comes in Icy Blue and Blazing Black colors in India and will go on sale in the country starting October 3 through Amazon.in.
The 6GB RAM variant is priced at INR29,999 ($405/â¬345) and the 8GB RAM model at INR31,999 ($430/â¬370), but as a part of a limited-time offer, both will be available for INR3,000 ($40/â¬35) less, and you can get the phone even cheaper with the introductory coupon offer and by trading in your old smartphone.
