Realme V13 5G is official with Dimensity 700 and a big battery
Realme introduced the GT Neo today with a Dimensity 1200 chipset, but it wasnât the only phone on the stage - we also saw the launch of the Realme V13 5G. This new affordable midranger has some specs to get enthusiastic about - a big 5,000mAh battery, 90Hz refresh rate and ample storage for the class.
The chipset of the Realme V13 5G is Dimensity 700 - an SoC, built on the 7nm process technology, and having two CPU cores running at 2.2 GHz (the other six are at 1.8 GHz). It is coupled with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage. On top of that, there is also a dedicated microSD slot.
The Realme V13 5G has four circles on its camera island but only three actual shooters. These are a 48 MP f/1.8 main shooter with a 6P lens in front, as well as a couple of low-res units - B&W sensor and a macro shooter. There is one camera on the front, inside a punch hole, and it has an 8MP sensor.
Speaking of the screen, it is a 6.5â LCD with Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The battery of the Realme V13 5G comes with 18W fast charging through the USB-C port on the bottom, and Realme will provide the required brick in the box. Other highlights include Realme UI 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and dual 5G capabilities over SA/NSA networks.
The Realme V13 5G comes in Black and Blue colors. Depending on the storage, it costs either CNY1,599 ($245) or CNY1,799 ($275) and first pre-orders have just begun, while the flash sale will commence on Saturday, April 2.
