Realme GT Neo3 leak: Snapdragon 888, 50MP camera with OIS
A couple of weeks ago details of a Realme GT Neo3 Gaming Edition leaked, now information on the non-gaming model has surfaced. The phone should be known simply as the Realme GT Neo3 and is expected to launch a few months from now.
The phone will be unveiled on July 31 and will arrive with a price tag of ₹25,500 or so ($340/€300), according to info by @OnLeaks and Zollege. We suspect this price involves some launch day promo as it would be quite low otherwise. The Neo2 started at ₹32,000 but there was a ₹7,000 discount during the festive season.
The vanilla GT Neo3 is expected to use the Snapdragon 888 chipset. The Neo2 launched last year with a Snapdragon 870, so the 888 will bring a boost in performance even if it no longer is the latest and greatest from Qualcomm. As for the Gaming Edition model, that one is rumored to use the Dimensity 9000 chipset, so it may actually prove to be the faster of the two.

Anyway, the new model will also have an upgraded camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor and OIS (vs. 64 MP no OIS). The other cameras will be as on the 2021 model, however, that means an 8 MP ultra wide, 2 MP macro and 16 MP selfie. The display should be the same size at 6.62".
The vanilla model should have a 5,000 mAh battery, same as last year. Whether the charging speed will be upgraded beyond 65W remains unclear (the Gaming Edition will do 125W, allegedly, so there is a chance).
The Realme GT2 series will go global next week at the MWC. The GT3 series will arrive months later, most likely in China first, before expanding to India and other markets.
