Realme unveils more details and pricing guidelines for the Narzo 80 Pro and Narzo 80x
Realme India has set the formal introduction of the Narzo 80 Pro for April 9, that’s Wednesday next week. However, the company did reveal more details about the device and its love of gaming.
As revealed last week, the Realme Narzo 80 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 7400. Realme describes it as the “latest and fastest gaming chipset under 20K”. The chipset will be cooled by a vapor chamber that measures 6,050mm² – the promo materials promise a 20°C drop in temperature, but that is mildly impossible and likely a typo (we’re willing to believe 2°C).

The phone is also equipped with an extra-bright 4,500 nits (peak) display – a curved panel with 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It runs at 120Hz and has 2,500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate. The phone targets 90fps when playing BGMI.

The Realme Narzo 80 Pro also focuses on endurance with a 6,000mAh battery. It should last almost 12 hours when playing BGMI or, if you’re watching YouTube, it can go over 18 hours on a single charge.
And with 80W fast charging, you can get up to 3 hours worth of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging. Alternatively, you can play plugged in thanks to bypass charging, which is better for the battery and generates less heat.
The phone measures 7.55mm thick and weighs 179g, which means that Realme managed to shave off a lot of bulk compared to the Narzo 70 Pro, which was 8mm and 195g.

There is now also a landing page for the Realme Narzo 80x. This one will be “under 13K” and will be powered by the Dimensity 6400. The 80x will also be unveiled on April 9.
The phone has the same battery capacity at 6,000mAh, enough for almost 13 hours of Candy Crush Saga. However, the maximum charge rate is halved to 45W. Also, the 80x is noticeably bulkier than the 80 Pro at 7.94mm thick and 197g.
