Our Oppo Reno7 5G/Find X5 Lite video review is out
Depending on where you live, this phone may be called the Oppo Reno7 5G or the Oppp Find X5 Lite. Either way, it bucks current trends and adds a microSD slot and a 3.5mm jack to the spec sheet of its predecessor – this is a proven way to curry favor with fans. Our video review covers these and other upgrades and how the phone compares to other mid-rangers:
As Will explains, the Reno7 5G comes about half a year after the Reno6 5G so it is a relatively mild upgrade. In addition to the above, Oppo enabled HDR10+ on the 90Hz AMOLED display and doubled the base storage to 256GB. And while those are nice improvements, we wish Oppo pre-installed a newer release of ColorOS, this one is based on Android 11. Some water resistance would have been nice too.
