OnePlus 5T Portrait Mode teased through newly outed camera sample

Earlier today we showed you a leaked press render depicting the top half of the upcoming OnePlus 5T, and now the smartphone is back in the news again. This time, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei took to Twitter to tease us with a camera sample from the yet-unannounced device.

While he doesn't outright say that the image was shot with the 5T, it's pretty obviously implied. The picture shows Portrait Mode at work in OnePlus' next handset, and of course it looks impressive - it is, after all, a teaser released by a company exec. It would be weird if it didn't look good.

What this means is that the OnePlus 5T could have an upgraded camera setup as well, aside from the already oft-rumored 18:9 elongated touchscreen and smaller bezels. Carl Pei has in fact teased another image last week, so this is definitely turning into a theme.

The OnePlus 5T will get official either on November 16, or "after November 20", according to two conflicting reports on the matter. Either way, it should be revealed within the next month, and we're sure we'll see many more teasers from the company until then.
