Motorola is preparing to launch its Razr 60 Ultra flagship foldable soon, and the phone was just certified by TENAA. The listing revealed interesting details, including a major battery increase despite the fact that the new Ultra will be the same size as its predecessor.

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra will have a 4.32 GHz CPU, which confirms the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The listing reveals four different RAM options - the 8 GB and 12 GB from the 50 Ultra will be joined by 16 GB and even 18 GB variants. Storage options are also four - 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB and the mind-blowing 2 TB.

However, as the certification is for the Chinese versions, we can"t be sure which memory option will be available on international units.

The foldable OLED display will measure 6.96", while the cover will feature a 4" OLED screen, just like the Razr 50 Ultra. There will be two 50 MP cameras on the cover, and another 50 MP sensor embedded in the foldable screen, an increase from the last generation.

The battery is clearly going to be another major selling point, as it has a minimum capacity of 4,275 mAh, which is about 4,500 mAh typical capacity (the number makers officially list). This is a huge increase - 12.5% over last year"s Razr Ultra. It is packed in an almost identical body - 171.5 x 74 x 7.3 mm (unfolded) with a 199 g weight.
