Google Pixel 6 Pro's camera samples shown off in new leak
Last month, the Google Pixel 6 Pro appeared in a hands-on video, which didn't reveal much of significance new but gave us a quick 360-degree tour of the next-gen Pixel. The same source is back with another video, showing us the photos and videos taken from the Pixel 6 Pro.
The new camera samples come from YouTuber M. Brandon Lee of This is Tech Today, which, he says, were acquired from a source in Nigeria. And in addition to showing us the Pixel 6 Pro's image and video quality, the YouTuber also gives us a glimpse of the camera app's UI.
Besides, the EXIF data of the pictures from Google Photos reveal the images were captured in 12.5MP resolution, corroborating previous leaks claiming the smartphone will sport a 50MP sensor, which produces 12.5MP pixel-binned images.
As far as the picture/video quality is concerned, it's worth mentioning that the camera samples were taken with a pre-release unit, and the ones we'll see on the retail versions will be better.
The YouTuber also gives us a better look at the Pixel 6 Pro's curved screen and says its curves are similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's. You can watch the entire video below.
