Another tipster confirms 1" camera sensor for Oppo Find X6 Pro
Last month, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station claimed that the Oppo Find X6 Pro will come with a 1" camera sensor. That information is now corroborated by Ice universe - another reliable tipster who said the highest version of the Find X6 (likely the Pro) will use a 1" Sony IMX989 sensor.
Ice universe didn't say anything about the other cameras on the smartphone, but DCS claimed the Find X6 Pro will sport three 50MP cameras on its rear - primary, ultrawide, and telephoto.
The vanilla Find X6, on the other hand, will retain the 50MP main and ultrawide cameras but swap the 50MP telephoto camera with a 32MP telephoto unit.
The Oppo Find X6 Pro won't be the first smartphone to feature a 1" camera sensor, though. We have seen phones sporting 1" sensors before, with the Xiaomi 12S Ultra being the more recent one. You can read our Xiaomi 12S Ultra review here to see how that 1" sensor on its primary camera performed. And if you prefer a video review instead, it's linked below.
