Honor 300 series launch date is confirmed

Honor 300 and Honor 300 Pro are arriving on December 2, the brand revealed on Weibo. Both phones will have MagicOS 9 out of the box, and it seems the Pro will run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The company opened pre-orders for both devices, and everyone placing a CNY 999 down payment (about $140/€130) can get the device on time.

Honor 300 & Honor 300 Pro

The arrival date is not a huge surprise. Both the Honor 300 and Honor 300 Pro were on the company website, and users who registered for the device would receive more info on prices and availability on December 2.

Today"s announcement confirms that the launch will occur next Monday, and we will see two devices. Despite the multiple lifestyle photos and renders we have seen over the weekend, there is no mention of an Honor 300 Ultra with a periscope lens.

This raises the question of whether this device really exists or if someone is trying to make it happen through the power of will. See the images for yourself and decide whether they are the real deal:

Back to the confirmed phones, both will come in lovely colors – we especially enjoy the purple Honor 300 and the Sand Gold Honor 300 Pro. Whether those will arrive internationally is a different question, and the answer remains unclear.
