Samsung Galaxy A55's design revealed through leaked renders
CAD-based renders of the Samsung Galaxy A55 we"ve been hearing about for some time have surfaced, revealing the smartphone"s design.
The Samsung Galaxy A55 looks similar to the Galaxy A54. It has a centered punch-hole display and a vertically aligned triple camera setup on the rear. However, the most notable difference between the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A55"s designs is that the latter has flat frames - something we expect to see on almost all smartphones Samsung will launch next year.
The Samsung Galaxy A55"s right-side frame has a power button and volume rocker, while the left frame is devoid of any slots and controls. At the bottom is the USB-C port flanked by the microphone and speaker, and up top is the SIM card slot, joined by the secondary mic. The frames also have antenna lines, suggesting a metal build.
The source claims the Samsung Galaxy A55"s display measures 6.5" diagonally. It has a FullHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be 8.2mm thick, but its weight is unknown.
The Samsung Galaxy A55 is expected to come with the Exynos 1480 SoC, 50MP primary camera, and 25W charging. More details about it should surface as we inch closer to its launch.
