Official Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 cases leak, show kooky design with belts and D-rings
Come, feast your eyes on these Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 cases. Some of them are a little... utilitarian. The official cases for the new clamshell foldable will come in leather, silicone and clear varieties.
The leather case looks pretty fine. This image also showcases the larger external display and dual camera setup. As a reminder, the Z Flip3 (and Z Fold3) will be the first water-resistant foldables with an IPX8 rating. Of course, the cases have nothing to do with that, but we’re curious to see the hinge that made this possible.

Anyway, this next case has a D-ring on it. This will make it easy to clip the phone onto your backpack or tie it with some cord. We’re not sure that’s a good idea, however.

Check out this next one, it has a belt and a metal loop. Look at how the belt goes around the hinge – we wonder if you will be able to open the Galaxy Z Flip3 by pulling on the belt loop. If nothing else the navy blue + orange color combo looks cool.

And here is the clear case - it"s a bit hard to see, but this one has a D-ring too, which appears to be something of a theme for the official cases.
