Xiaomi Watch 2 in for review

Xiaomi"s excellent Watch 2 Pro is among the best watches available right now. At just €249 with LTE, it"s definately one of the best deals around. But the Xiaomi Watch 2 may just be a better one.
The Xiaomi Watch 2 has all the features of the Pro but with a lighter aluminum body, no rotating crown, and a flush top glass. Oh, and it starts at just €199. But the biggest difference is that the Watch 2 lacks LTE - you"d need to go for the Pro if you want to be able to leave your phone behind.

The Xiaomi Watch 2 ships with a TPU strap (either grey or black), and a magnetic proprietary charger. You can also purchase a Pine Green TPU strap, a White Leather strap, and a recycled Braided strap in black.

So here"s where the Xiaomi Watch 2 shines. Like the Pro, it"s a Wear OS 3.5 device with the latest, 4nm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a very big 495mAh battery (that"s 16GB and 70mAh more than the Galaxy Watch6 Classic).
The watch is also 5ATM water resistant, has a myriad of fitness and health tracking abilities, and dual-band L1 + L5 GPS tracking. That means it uses both the wider L1 and the faster and more accurate L5 band to provide tracking accuracy within the meter.
