Xiaomi unveils the official HyperOS logo

Xiaomi's skin on top of Android has been called MIUI for many years now, but this year the company decided a change was necessary. So, in October, CEO Lei Jun announced HyperOS, which will take over from MIUI when the updates to Android 14 hit. Speaking of updates, the global rollout of HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14 is now imminent.

So with all that in mind, today Xiaomi's official account on X decided to unveil the brand new HyperOS logo, which you can see below.

Do you like it? Do you feel like HyperOS needed a logo alongside the wordmark? Let us know in the comments. Over on our side, we would have preferred a faster rollout to a fancy new logo, but maybe that's just us?

Anyway, expect HyperOS to slowly make its way to all of the Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco devices that the brands are still actively supporting with software updates within the next few months, not weeks, because Xiaomi unfortunately still isn't anywhere near as fast with these as Samsung.
