2021-04-28

The Xiaomi Mi 9T, the global variant of the Redmi K20, is now official in Europe. We finally have the availability dates and pricing info for the Xiaomi Mi 9T, but unfortunately its Pro sibling won"t be joining it on the Old Continent.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T will go on sale on June 17 and will have a special price of €299 for the launch day only (or until supplies last). The normal price will be €329 for the 6GB/64GB model and €369 for the 6GB/128GB one. You"ll have a choice of Black, Blue and Red - each with a different pattern on the back.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED of 2340x1080px resolution and an embedded in-display fingerprint scanner. It lacks a notch thanks to a pop-up 20MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

On the opposite side the Mi 9T has a triple camera with the popular 48MP f/1.8 snapper in the main seat, an 8MP f/2.4 tele and 13MP f/2.4 ultrawide.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T is one of the first Snapdragon 730-powered smartphones around and will come with the aforementioned 6GB of RAM - no word if the Redmi K20"s 8GB version will translate to the Mi 9T. Finally, there"s a 4,000mAh battery to keep the lights on.

Xiaomi also brought its Mi Band 4 to Europe, a day after it hit China. There"s is another change in name here - the wearable will go by as Mi Smart Band 4. It"s added a bigger, color OLED display and a few new band colors.

The Mi Smart Band 4"s appeal remains unchanged - it brings adequate fitness tracking abilities to a great price point. It can automatically detect fitness activity like swimming, cycling, running, power walking and combat training and monitor heart rate whilst you"re training.

The Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4 will go on sale on June 26 for €35.
