Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro mega leak reveals full specs and prices
Xiaomi launched the 13T and 13T Pro in late September of last year, and so we're getting very close to the arrival of their successors, the 14T and 14T Pro. Today a list of their most important specs has been leaked along with pricing for the EU.
Let's jump right in and start with the prices. The Xiaomi 14T with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will go for â¬649, while the 14T Pro with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will be priced at â¬899.
It's unclear at the moment if there will be more RAM/storage options for these handsets. The 14T will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, while the Pro will get the Dimensity 9300+. It's a shame that this device will launch with this chipset in (most likely) late September while the Dimensity 9400 (and the first smartphones powered by it) will arrive in early to mid October, according to the latest rumors on the matter.
Anyway, both phones are said to be offered in three colorways: Titanium Black, Titanium Grey, and Titanium Blue. We know what you're thinking: with so much titanium in the names, does that mean that the frame of these phones is made from titanium? We wouldn't hold our collective breath. After all, this isn't Xiaomi's most high-end line, and titanium is still considered a premium material in the mobile world, so we see no reason why the company would offer it here. Then again, (much) stranger things have happened, so we can't rule it out completely either.
Moving on, both devices get a 6.67-inch 144 Hz AMOLED screen with 1220x2712 resolution and 4,000-nit peak brightness. The 14T will have a 1/1.56" main camera using Sony's IMX906 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto with 2.6x optical zoom and 4x "optical equivalent" zoom, and a 12 MP ultrawide with 120-degree field-of-view.
The Pro has a larger 1/1.31" type main camera using the Light Fusion 900 sensor with 2x "optical equivalent" zoom, and the same other cameras. Both phones have a 32 MP selfie snapper and a 5,000 mAh battery. They're also both IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. The Pro gets Wi-Fi 7, the 14T has to make do with just Wi-Fi 6E. They will both run Android 14 from day one, with Xiaomi's HyperOS on top.
The 14T measures 160.5 x 75.1 x 7.8 mm and weighs 195g, while the 14T Pro comes in at 160.4 x 75.1 x 8.39 mm and 209g.
