Xiaomi will launch the 13T series in Europe on September 26 and they will be the first in the family to get top-notch software support – 4 OS updates and 5 years of security patches. The series will consist of two models, the Xiaomi 13T and the Xiaomi 13T Pro, which was also officially confirmed.

Unofficially, the two phones are expected to launch with MIUI 14 based on Android 13 (this is the latest publicly available version of the Xiaomi skin).

We have previously seen reports on the 13T series specs, which we will recap in a moment, but first feast your eyes at the latest leak – renders showing all colorways for the new phones. There are leatherette options for the two, the blue colorway in both cases .

No specs have been officially revealed yet, but based on leaks the 13T Pro is expected to be similar to the Redmi K60 Ultra (but not necessarily identical). This means a Dimensity 9200+ chipset and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The regular 13T will get the Dimensity 8200-Ultra instead and a 5,000mAh battery with slower 67W charging.

That aside, the two phones are expected to share many features, including the 6.67” 144Hz AMOLED display with 1,220 x 2,712px resolution. It will be capable of an impressive peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The phones’ bodies will be rated IP68 and will have Gorilla Glass 5 protection for their displays.

The rumored specs for the cameras are where the 13T Pro diverges from the K60 Ultra. Both 13T phones will allegedly have a 50MP main (IMX707 sensor), 50MP tele camera (50mm lens) and a 12MP ultra wide (15mm), plus a 20MP selfie module. As you can see in the renders, these cameras have Leica branding and the camera app will come with the usual set of Leica features.

The Xiaomi 13T with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage will reportedly cost €700, while the faster Xiaomi 13T Pro will be equipped with more memory, 12/512GB, and will cost €900.
