WhatsApp will let you automatically post a Status as an Instagram or Facebook Story
WhatsApp is being added to Meta's Accounts Center "over the next few months". Once this is done, you will be able to automatically post your WhatsApp Statuses as Facebook and Instagram Stories.
Adding your WhatsApp account to the Meta Accounts Center is going to be optional and off by default. But if you do choose to do it, you can then control how and where you want to cross-post your WhatsApp Statuses - either to your Facebook Story, your Instagram Story, or both.
Accounts Center also lets you log in to multiple Meta-owned apps with the same account. And in the future, Meta plans on adding the ability to manage your avatars, Meta AI stickers, and your Imagine Me creations in one place through Accounts Center for all Meta apps.
Meta notes that adding WhatsApp to Accounts Center doesn't change the fact that your WhatsApp messages and calls are still always protected by end-to-end encryption, which means that "no one else, not even WhatsApp or Meta, can read or hear them".
