Vivo X60 and X60 Pro announced with 5nm Exynos 1080 chipsets
After many teasers and leaks, vivo's X60 and X60 Pro are now official and available for pre-order in China.
Both phones share a specs blueprint with differences in the cameras, storage and RAM options and batteries. The common features include a 6.56-inch 2376x1080px E3 AMOLED with HDR10+ support and 120Hz refresh rate, a 5nm Exynos 1080 chipset and Android 11 under OriginOS 1.0.
The vivo X60 Pro has a main 48MP f/1.5 camera (Sony IMX598 sensor) with vivo's 4-axis OIS, a 13MP 120-degree ultrawide unit that doubles as a macro camera being able to focus from just 2.5cm, 13MP 2x 50mm tele and an 8MP f/3.4 5x periscope camera.
The vivo X60 Pro comes in a single 12GB/256GB configuration and has a 4,200mAh battery with 33W charging.
Moving to the vivo X60. It only has the main 48MP camera and the pair of 13MP 2x tele and ultrawide cameras on the rear. Its battery is 100mAh bigger, for a total of 4,300mAh.
The X60 comes in an additional color and is available with both 8/128GB and 8/256GB, but not with 12GB of RAM.
Both the vivo X60 and X60 Pro are available on pre-order today and will ship on January 8 in China. The vivo X60 is CNY 3,500 (INR 39,300, â¬430, converted) for the 8/128GB model and CNY 3,800 (INR 42,700, â¬470, converted) for the 8/256GB model. The vivo X60 Pro's sole 12/256GB model is CNY 4,500 (INR 50,600, â¬560, converted).
A vivo X60 Pro+ with a Snapdragon 888 is coming in late January. No word on international availability for the X60 and X60 Pro just yet.
