Upcoming ZTE Blade line-up leaks with some familiar faces

Leakster Evan Blass shared an image of six upcoming ZTE phones that will be part of the affordable Blade series – most of them Blade A, though there is one Blade V model.

Okay, not quite – the ZTE Blade V60 is an alternative name for the ZTE Axon 60, which was unveiled earlier this month. It’s a fairly basic 4G phone with a 6.72” FHD+ IPS LCD, a Unisoc T616 chipset, 50+2+2MP rear and 32MP front cameras and a 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W charging. The Axon 60 is launching in Mexico first at MXN 3,700 ($220) with a slightly cheaper Axon 60 Lite model available alongside.

Now let’s look at the others. The ZTE Blade A75 5G appears to be a rebadged nubia Focus – that camera island is quite distinctive. The non-5G ZTE Blade A75 appears to be its own thing, however, with a completely different design for the back.

The ZTE Blade A55 also looks like a new design and it looks like an entry-level model, judging by the notched selfie camera. Then there is the similar looking Blade A35 and the Blade A35 Core. The latter is likely an Android Go edition device as those old-school bezels on the front suggest a bargain price.

There’s no word on when the new ZTE Blades will hit the stores, but both the ZTE Axon 60 and he nubia Focus will be available soon.
