This is rumored to be India's first Snapdragon 8 Elite powered smartphone
The Realme GT7 Pro is getting official in China before the end of this month. But you may be waiting for it to launch in India, and wondering when that might happen.
According to a rather prolific tipster, the phone will land in India in mid-November, only a few short weeks after its initial unveiling in China. This will make it the first smartphone to arrive in India with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset at the helm. It will be followed by the iQOO 13 on December 3.
The Realme GT7 Pro is rumored to cost between INR 55,000 ($654) and INR 60,000 ($713). It will have a 6.7-6.8" "1.5K" micro-quad-curved display, a 6,500 mAh battery with support for 120W fast wired charging, three cameras on the rear including a 3x optical zoom periscope, and a 32 MP selfie snapper.
It will be IP68/69 certified for dust and water resistance, and to advertise that fact Realme has already performed an official unboxing of sorts, which took place underwater.
