Sony Xperia E4 previewed before announcement

The Sony Xperia E4 leaked in rich detail once before its official announcement, now there's an entire review out in the open. This includes screenshots, camera samples, benchmarks the full monty.

Higher is better

On the connectivity side there's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but no LTE or NFC. The "SIM1" label on the back confirms there's a dual-SIM Xperia E4 on the way. The 2,500mAh battery reportedly lasts about twice as long as the Lumia 535's 1,905mAh battery.

The main camera is a 5MP shooter with LED flash that can record 1080p video. The test unit had issues with 1080p mode though - no surprises since it was certainly an unfinished version. Still photos don't look spectacular, but there's time for Sony to optimize the post-processing before launch (which will probably be at the MWC in early March).

Thanks for the tip, Anurag!
