SIM-free iPhone 6 prices: the two models start at €700 and €800
You sure didn't think that Apple's greatest iPhones this year will come cheap, did you?
Both new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available starting Sept 19 (US, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore), but you can pre-order yours on Sept 12. And you better do, since as usual, we can expect them to stay on backorder at least until Christmas.
The Apple iPhone 6 prices will range from 700 (ã539 in UK), through 800 (ã619) all the way up to 900 (ã700), depending on whether you choose the 16GB, 64GB, or the 128GB version. This year there will be no 32GB version. Apple scrapped that instead of making it the base option instead of 16GB.
The iPhone 6 Plus will set you back 800 (ã619 in UK) for the base 16GB version, but prices will quickly rise up if you go for the versions with more storage. 900 (ã700) will get you the 64GB version, while the 128GB version will cost the whopping 1000 (ã790).
Both models can be had in Gold, Silver or Space Gray colors.
As for carrier deals, Three UK and O2 UK have already announced that they will carry the new iPhones in the UK. Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone will offer it in Germany.
