Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra key specs leak
Samsung is unveiling the Galaxy S25 family on January 22, and today the key specs for the Galaxy S25 Ultra have been leaked by the usually reliable Roland Quandt.
The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset across the world. It will have a Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, 2,600-nit peak brightness, and HDR10+ support.
The S25 Ultra will be offered in three RAM/storage combos: 12/256GB, 16/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. The device will support 45W wired charging as well as 25W wireless charging.
It allegedly measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 219g. Compared to its predecessor, it is thus marginally taller, narrower, thinner, and lighter. It has kept the S24 Ultra's top brightness. The base RAM/storage amount is the same, but the two higher tiers now have more RAM. And finally, wireless charging jumps from 15W to 25W.
