Samsung Galaxy S25 series coverage wrap-up
Samsung delivered the hotly-anticipated Galaxy S25 phones this week, along with a couple of surprises â it resurrected the âEdgeâ branding and it is going back into VR (well, itâs XR now).
We will start with the trio of phones, the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra. Below weâve linked all relevant info for them: specs, comparisons, prices, our hands-on review and even a camera shootout between the S25 Ultra and last yearâs Ultra.
Below that is a list of other relevant links â weâve put the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge at the top. Long story short, there are no curved screen edges here, instead the phone is laser-focused on being slender. The Edge could become the new direction for Galaxy S design, depending on how successful it is when it arrives in a few months (âaround Aprilâ is what we heard).
The Project Moohan is the new Samsung Galaxy XR headset and it is based on the new Android XR â an Android branch specifically for XR devices â and is powered by the Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 from Qualcomm. Google and Samsung tried their hands at VR once before, but we will see if they stick with it this time. Google seems committed, it even spent $250 million on acquiring part of HTC (and not for the first time either).
