Samsung Galaxy F12 and F02s introduced in India
Two new phones have graced Samsung’s F-series in India – welcome to the Galaxy F12 and F02s. The F12 is a rebadged Galaxy M12 while the F02s is nothing but a Galaxy M02s in new colors.
Samsung Gaalxy F12
With the F12, you’re getting a 6.5-inch waterdrop notch display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. There’s an Exynos 850 at the helm aided by 4GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB of expandable storage. There’s a 48MP main camera on the back alongside a 5MP ultrawide snapper, and two 2MP modules for macro shots and depth data. The battery comes in at 6,000 mAh and you get a 15W charger in the box.
Pricing for the Galaxy F12 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage starts at INR 10,999 ($150) while the 4/128GB model goes for INR 11,999 ($163). First sales begin on April 12.
Samsung Gaalxy F02s
The Galaxy F02s also brings a 6.5-inch waterdrop notch display but scales down the resolution to 720x1600 pixels. Around the back, you get a 13MP main cam alongside two 2MP units for macro shots and depth data. The Snapdragon 450 is the SoC of choice paired with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB storage which is expandable via microSD. The battery comes in at 5,000 mAh.
Pricing for the Galaxy F02s with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage starts at INR 8,999 ($123) while the 4/64GB model goes for INR 9,999 ($136). First sales begin on April 9.
