Realme C21Y gets NBTC certified

Last week, an unknown Realme smartphone with model code RMX3261 was spotted on FCC, and we now learn it is the Realme C21Y as the smartphone has been certified by Thailand's NBTC.

The Thai certifying authority doesn't divulge any specifications of the C21Y other than telling us it's a 4G smartphone. However, the phone's FCC listing included its design sketches which revealed the smartphone will pack a notched display and sport a square-shaped camera island on the back housing three cameras.

The C21Y's rear panel also features a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication, and the smartphone will have a dedicated slot for a microSD card.

Under the hood, the Realme C21Y will have a 4,880 mAh battery with 18W charging support, and the smartphone will run Android 11 out of the box, likely having Realme UI 2.0 on top.

The rest of the C21Y's specs are still unknown, but we'll surely learn more about the smartphone in the coming days.
