Oppo Find X8S to feature ultra-thin bezel, the company reveals
Oppo is expected to launch additional Find X8 phones in April. According to Zhou Yibao, Product Manager of flagship products at Oppo, the Find X8S will have an ultra-thin bezel on all four sides, thinner than that of the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The thin bezel will measure "1.xx mm," and the company achieved this through a new COP (Chip-on-Panel) packaging developed by Oppo. This method integrates the display driver chip directly into the screen instead of needing a separate, larger driver IC.
Such technology enables the reduction of bezels and is more energy-efficient, but it has notable drawbacks. It is a more complicated panel to produce and is somewhat pricier than traditional screen technology.

During the launch, we expect Oppo to introduce the Find X8S as the Mini version in the lineup. There should also be a model called Find X8S+, along with the much-anticipated Find X8 Ultra featuring five cameras.
