Oppo is working on a Find X5 version with SD 8+ Gen 1, new Find N also incoming

The Oppo Find X5 Pro arrived in February with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset globally, while the domestic market also got a Dimensity 9000 edition. According to the leakster Digital Chat Station, a new Find X5 version is being prepared, and this one will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 platform - the mightiest from Qualcomm so far.

The leakster did not reveal any particular details about which phone is getting the update exactly - it could also be the regular Find X5 that comes with Snapdragon 888. However, it's far more likely that we are getting a new Pro, where the switch would be far simpler.

The tipster also claims new ColorOS is incoming (with number version 13 for some reason) as well as Oppo Watch 3 and Band 2. Even more excitingly, a new foldable codenamed Dragonfly is on the roadmap, and we can expect that one to be released as the Find N2.
