Only the Galaxy S25 Ultra will get a camera upgrade, S25 and S25+ to retain the same hardware
Samsung's top-tier Galaxy S25 lineup is more than six months away, but GalaxyClub claims to reveal the trio's camera specs. Unfortunately, only the Galaxy S25 is getting a notable camera upgrade, while the vanilla S25 and the S25+ will settle for the same hardware as their predecessors.
The report claims that the Galaxy S25 and S25+ will get the same triple-camera setup on the back and retain the 12MP selfie unit on the front. This means that the S25 and S25+ will be the fourth generation in a row with the same camera hardware.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra, on the other hand, will boast possibly improved 200MP main camera and 50MP ultrawide, 50MP 3x telephoto and 50MP 5x telephoto shooters.
Additionally, the leak suggests the Galaxy S25's battery capacity is getting a bump but doesn't elaborate further.
We are still far from the actual release date, so we suggest you take this information with a healthy dose of skepticism, until more solid proof arrives.
