OnePlus Nord N30 5G gets listed on the Google Play Console ahead of its US release

OnePlus made the Nord CE 3 Lite official earlier this month, and in the meantime we've heard that it would launch in the US under a different name: Nord N30. Now that seems to be pretty much confirmed, since a Nord N30 5G bearing one of the model numbers associated with the Nord CE 3 Lite has just been listed by the Google Play Console.

That strongly suggests a US launch, and the name is confirmed. Furthermore, the listing reveals that the Nord N30 will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC, and guess what - the Nord CE 3 Lite has the same chip! Not just that, but the same amount of RAM (8GB) is involved too, and the screen resolution (1080x2400) is identical. What are the odds?

The Nord N30 runs Android 13, just like the Nord CE 3 Lite. If we assume the two are 100% identical, then expect the Nord N30 to pack a 6.72-inch 120 Hz LCD touchscreen, 128 or 256GB of expandable storage, a 108 MP main rear camera flanked by a 2 MP macro cam and a 2 MP depth sensor, a 16 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W charging support.

Now that it's listed in the Google Play Console, the Nord N30's launch definitely isn't far off. If you're intrigued, then make sure you go through our hands-on review of the Nord CE 3 Lite while you wait for its US-bound twin to be announced.
