OnePlus 13 gets second Android 16 beta

Google released the first beta of Android 16 ahead of its usual schedule in January, as this version of the OS will come out by the end of June, unlike its predecessors that all arrived in August or September or October.
Today OnePlus is releasing the second beta of Android 16 for the OnePlus 13. The build is only intended for advanced users and developers. Thus, it"s not recommended if you have little or no experience with software development and are unfamiliar with flashing custom ROMs. It"s also not recommended to do this on your primary device, as things could break.

There are a bunch of known issues, further underscoring the fact that this is an early development build. There is also a very real risk of bricking your phone, so if you still want to proceed, make sure you read the instructions at the Source linked below very carefully.

The build is not compatible with T-Mobile or Verizon carrier devices, and you do need at least 4GB of storage and 30% battery life left to proceed. The installation guide is linked at the Source below.
It"s good to see that OnePlus is moving along with development of Android 16 for its flagship smartphone, hopefully this means we"ll get a timely release once Google finalizes the new OS version.
