Nokia 9 benchmarked: Snapdragon 835 goes for the top
2022-02-06
The Nokia 9 could be pricey, but it could be worth it too. It took its Snapdragon 835 chipset to run on the Geekbench 3 track (yes, an old version of the benchmark), where it caught up to certain other flagships.
The benchmark didn’t find anything unexpected - S835 chipset with 4GB of RAM running Android 7.1. The device is listed as “HMD Global TA-1004”, a name to look out for in future leaks.
Anyway, here’s how the Nokia 9 stacks up against current flagships - powered by Snapdragon 835 or other chipsets. The near-pure Android install is probably what helped it score those few extra points over its competitors.
