Motorola demoes adaptive display concept at Lenovo Tech World ‘23
Lenovo hosted its annual Global Tech World event yesterday and one of the standouts from the keynote was a flexible pOLED display concept phone. The device can bend around your wrist or stand on its own as a tripod and Lenovo believes it’s the key to a hands-free experience.

Motorola did not share detailed specs for this device but we know it features a 6.9-inch diagonal and FHD+ resolution with some noticeable bezels and a fabric back. The device can snap onto a metal cuff to stay secured on your wrist presumably via magnets. The UI appears to shape itself based on how the screen is aligned and Motorola shares that wearing the flexible device on your wrist will get you a similar experience to the Razr 40 Ultra aka razr+ and its 3.6-inch cover screen running full Android apps.
Motorola also demoed some generative AI features set to take advantage of the form factor. MotoAI which runs onboard the new concept phone allows users to personalize their wallpaper and theme where you can take a picture of an outfit and then receive AI-generated images that can be set as your wallpaper.
