Meizu 20 Classic arrives with new colors, 16 GB RAM
The smartphone company Meizu, owned by automaker Geely, announced a new smartphone today. The device is called Meizu 20 Classic and has three pretty colors, as well as 16 GB RAM variants.
The Classic is largely identical to the Meizu 20, but brings new colors and more RAM.
The Meizu 20 Classic is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and built around a 6.55â OLED panel. The screen has Full HD+ resolution, up to 144 Hz refresh rate, and a punch hole for a 32 MP f/2.45 selfie camera.
Around the back you get a ring-LED flash next to a 50 MP main, 16 MP ultrawide and 5 MP depth sensing cameras. The battery capacity is 4,700 mAh and top ups happen at up to 67W rates.
New or refreshed, the Meizu 20 Classic is still an impressive smartphone with its 4,000 sq.mm internal cooling with a VC. It runs Flyme 10, based on Android 13 and supports extended integration with select cars with the maker's Flyme Auto system.
The new colors are Green, Iron Gray, and White. Unlike the previous options, these have a polished back panel, and the new Meizu logo stylized within the panel.
The Meizu 20 Classic costs CNY 3,099 ($424) for the 16/256 GB version or CNY 3,399 ($465) for 16/512 GB memory and is already selling on the company website and at select retail partners in China.
