Meizu 18x, 18s and 18s Pro appear in 3C listing, will do up to 40W charging
Meizu is expected to add a few new members to its 18 series smartphones soon and three of them were spotted in the database of Chinaâs 3C agency. In addition, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station revealed more details regarding the corresponding devicesâ model numbers as well as their battery capacities.
The 3C listing reveals the Meizu 18x (M172Q) supports 30W charging, Meizu 18s (M182Q) goes with slightly faster 36W charging while the top-dog 18s Pro (M192Q) will support 40W speeds. The 18x is rumored to pack a 4,200 mAh battery, 18s is said to carry a smaller 3,910mAh cell while the 18s Pro may bring the largest battery pack at 4,410mAh. Keep in mind these values are yet to be confirmed by Meizu and are subject to change.
Just yesterday the 18s and 18s Pro appeared in TENAA listings revealing most of their key specs. The 18s has a 6.2â AMOLED screen with 1440p resolution and a 20MP selfie cam while the Pro model goes up to a 6.7â AMOLED again with 1440p resolution.
Both phones are said to utilize Qualcommâs latest Snapdragon 888+ chipsets. The 18s will sport a triple camera setup on its back with 64MP, 16MP and 8MP sensors while the 18s Pro will house one extra sensor though we donât have any info about it at the moment.
