LG announces Radio+ streaming service
LG Radio+ is a new ad-supported audio streaming service for the company’s smart TVs. It features podcast content from a wide variety of platforms as well as traditional radio programs thanks to a partnership with radio and audio provider Radioline. LG confirmed that Radio+ features over 14,500 combined channels in the U.S. and over 440 channels in Korea.
LG Radio+ will have popular podcast content from sources like NPR, CNN Radio, Fox Radio, and The Joe Rogan Experience in the U.S. as well as local radio stations and podcasts in Korea. The app also features a Featured page where users can see trending music charts.
You’ll need an LG smart TV running webOS 6.0 and above to access the Radio+ app from the LG Content Store. Radio+ will also come to the LG ThinQ app in 2025.
