iPhone 17 series dummy units star in a hands-on video, check out how thin the Air is

We"ve already seen a hands-on video showing a mold of the upcoming iPhone 17 Air compared to its peers, as well as images depicting iPhone 17 series dummy units. So, logically, the next step in this leak saga is a hands-on video of the dummies, and that"s exactly what we have for you today. So grab some popcorn and hit Play below.
These seem to be the same light-colored dummy units that have previously starred in leaked images, but of course a video is much better since it can showcase all possible angles.
The star of the show is unsurprisingly the insanely thin iPhone 17 Air, rumored to be just 5.65mm thick, which makes it barely thicker than its USB-C port.
As you may know already, the iPhone 17 Air is replacing the iPhone 16 Plus, as that has been the worst-selling model in the range for a few years now. Whether the thinness will make the Air more successful remains to be seen, but undoubtedly Apple will heavily lean into marketing its "revolutionary" and "innovative" thinness as it"s prone to do.
Next up, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will have a completely different design for their camera islands, which seems to be heavily inspired by Poco devices from a while back. Other rumored specs like an aluminum frame, a unibody metal design, and a cutout for MagSafe allowing for reverse wireless charging, may have just been wishful thinking since they aren"t present in these dummies. Of course, it could just be that these dummies are inaccurate, let"s not forget that this is also an option.
