Huawei P20, P20 Pro, and P20 Lite prices leak

2022-01-08

Huawei has already confirmed that it"s launching the P20 and P20 Pro at a special event on March 27 in Paris, and the P20 Lite has been leaking so much that it"s clearly going to be a member of the family too. One thing we didn"t have so far was any kind of conclusive pricing information for the trio. Today, that changes, as the recommended retail prices for the smartphones in the Eurozone has been leaked.

The P20 is expected to go for €679, the P20 Pro will be priced at €899, while the P20 Lite will be yours for €369. The Pro model hasn"t gone as far as some of its competitors in terms of pricing, but Huawei is slowly approaching the €1,000 level too - we assume the Mate 11 (or Mate 20) may come even closer to that.

While the P20 and P20 Pro have been rumored to share the Kirin 970 AI-infused chipset that also powers the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, the Lite model will have to make do with the mid-range Kirin 659 (found on the Mate 10 Lite as well, incidentally).

The P20 Pro is probably going to be the only member of the family to sport three rear cameras, while the others will make do with two each. The P20 Lite gets a 16 MP + 2 MP combo on the rear and a 16 MP selfie shooter, and all three handsets will launch running Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on top.
