Honor to introduce three Magic6 flagships, including a Porsche Design
Honor is preparing for its next flagship series, called Magic6. According to Digital Chat Station, there will be three phones in it, likely a vanilla, Pro, and Ultimate variants. There is also a Porsche Design in the works, which may or may not replace the Ultimate.
According to the leakster, or at least to the machine translation of their post, all phones will have two selfie cameras behind an oval punch hole. The phones are called âmiddle sizeâ, âlarge sizeâ, and âextra large sizeâ, with the first two having a circular camera island.
The biggest will have something between a circle and a rectangle, just like the Magic5 Ultimate, but the wording is unclear - it could be the ânew Porsche Designâ or an entirely different smartphone.
Porsche Design is a design studio founded by the very same person who designed the first Porsche 911 sports car in the 60s. In the world of mobile phones, it created several BlackBerry smartphones before partnering with Huawei for over seven years.
If the rumor is true, and the leakster is generally on point with such reports, Honor will make another step in the path of the student becoming the master. The company is already the leading smartphone company in China, and now it's taking over the Porsche Design partnership from its former owner.
